I cross train in various environments...I rowed for four years at the University of Louisville.  I currently play sand volleyball, swim, hike, bike, and go to hip hop dance class.  For this trip, I have increased my hiking, stair climbing, biking and yoga.  I have hiked the Millennium Trail at Bernheim Forest and the Red Trail at Jefferson Memorial Forest.
